Wedding & Engagement Photography Packages

PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE DETAILS Be sure to browse my wedding gallery for examples of wedding & engagement photos & videos. Every package includes a full copyright release and digital copies of all your photos. That way you have the option of printing them yourself or ordering your prints through me. Some wedding photographers sell copyright releases for hundreds of dollars. RJO Photo includes it free of charge. All of these packages include one photographer. A second photographer can be arranged for at their own determined rates. I do have a commercial insurance policy with $1 million liability coverage in case it's required by the venue.

Bronze • $1150 THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: A copyright release and DVD of all your photos. That way you have the option of ordering your prints through me or printing them yourself, not to mention posting them on your own websites like Facebook. Ceremony & reception coverage. A custom webpage like this so that your guests will be able to see the photos (and/or video) within a few days after the wedding. With your permission, I'll include a small card with your thank you notes that will let your guests know where to find the website. If the photos of the wedding party and the bride/groom portraits are done the day of the wedding (ie: between the ceremony and reception), that shoot will be included with this package.

Silver • $1550 A copyright release and DVD of all your photos. That way you have the option of ordering your prints through me or printing them yourself, not to mention posting them on your own websites like Facebook. Pre-ceremony, ceremony, & reception coverage. 10 retouchings of your choice. A custom webpage like this so that your guests will be able to see the photos (and/or video) within a few days after the wedding. Basic Engagement Session • $425 Get $75 off when you also use RJO Photo for your wedding photography or videography. A copyright release and DVD of all your photos. Up to 3 hours of shooting w/ unlimited looks and/or location changes in that time. 5 retouchings of your choice.

Extended Engagement Session • $750 Get $100 off when you also use RJO Photo for your wedding photography or videography. A copyright release and DVD of all your photos. That way you have the option of ordering your prints through me or printing them yourself, not to mention posting them on your own websites like Facebook. Up to 5 hours of shooting w/ unlimited looks and/or location changes in that time. 15 retouchings of your choice.

Rates For Photo Retouching & Editing

PHOTO EDITING DETAILS The main variable which determines retouching cost is the output size. At web resolution (~600x800), less editing work is needed than at higher print resolutions like for large format prints. I also offer freelance retouching. So if you choose to use another photographer for your wedding or engagement session, please keep me in mind for any desired retouching.

Wedding Videography Packages

VIDEOGRAPHY PACKAGE DETAILS Be sure to browse my wedding gallery and commercial gallery for examples of RJO's videos. Every package includes: Professional editing with your choice of music. A DVD of your edited video in standard definition and an emailed digital file in HD, as well as a DVD of all unedited footage. One videographer. A second videographer can be arranged for at their own rates. I do have a commercial insurance policy with $1 million liability coverage in case it's required by the venue.

Basic • $700 THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: Light editing including titles. A DVD of your edited video. Ceremony & reception coverage. Your choice of music. Your video will be ready within 3 weeks. With your permission, I'll include a small card with your thank you notes that will let your guests know where to find the video online and how to purchase their own DVDs of the video.

Cinema • $950 THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: Light editing of the entire day, including titles. 1-3 min movie-style wedding trailer. A DVD of your edited video. Pre-ceremony, ceremony & reception coverage. Your choice of music. Your full length video will be ready within 3 weeks. Your movie-style trailer will be ready within 2 weeks. With your permission, I'll include a small card with your thank you notes that will let your guests know where to find the video online and how to purchase their own DVDs of the video.

Extended • $1200 THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES: Movie-style editing of the entire day, including titles. 1-3 min movie-style wedding trailer. A DVD of your edited video. Pre-ceremony, ceremony & reception coverage. Your choice of music. Your full length video will be ready within 3 weeks. Your movie-style trailer will be ready within 2 weeks. With your permission, I'll include a small card with your thank you notes that will let your guests know where to find the video online and how to purchase their own DVDs of the video.

"Can I get prints or albums?"

Yes! Prints of all sizes are available. See this link for a list of print items & their prices. Because every couple is different, I do not have standard wedding album packages. I believe each album should be unique and suit the couple. If you are interested in ordering it through me, I would be more than happy to do the footwork and answer any questions about the different possibilities for your album. The labs I use for prints do wonderful work and I know of many wedding album sources that can create something beautiful and unique for you. *IMPORTANT* - In compliance with copyright law, anytime professional photos are taken, all prints *MUST* be ordered through the photographer.

"How long will it take to receive my content?"

Emailed Proofs: same day Retouching: 1-2 weeks ($10 per photo rush fee) Prints: 1 week ($20 per order rush fee) Video Editing: varies depending upon project

"What does the copyright release include?"

Your copyright release can be tailored to suit your needs, but generally it states that all content created during our shoot or modified afterwards becomes your intellectual property. You are the owner and you can use it however, wherever, whenever, and for however long you wish. Usually I include an optional clause that states that I can display your content on my online portfolios. But this can also be removed from your release if you desire complete privacy.

"Are you insured?"

Yes, RJO Photo is fully covered with a commercial insurance policy against liability and damage. The reason I include this information in my FAQ is that often certain venues require a photographer or videographer to have liability coverage in order for them to shoot on the premises.
